I've been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, and received my professional culinary training from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. I believe that food plays an intricate role in our wellbeing--physically, emotionally, and socially.
While it may be a complicated and overwhelming chore for some busy families and individuals, nothing lights me up more than cooking for others. I'll work closely with you to learn about your preferences, dietary needs, and health status, to help you put home cooked food back on your table.
There is no circumstance too complex to keep me from finding my way around the kitchen. I can navigate the smallest of NYC spaces, while creating big flavors. I have experience cooking for people with health conditions like cancer, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, gastric-bypass surgery, candida overgrowth, Hashimoto's disease, and diabetes, along with an array of food allergies and intolerances. Each individual presents a different puzzle to piece together through health supportive ingredients, ultimately resulting in meals that enhance your wellbeing, satisfy your taste buds, and reduce your food-related stress.
